"Hidrofanias": the exhibition that interacts with the visitors of MuVIM (Valencia)

Hidrofanias is a unique exhibition that will be held at the Museu Valencià de la Il.lustració i la Modernitat (MuVIM) until next September 14 (in the previous link you also have the Museum's schedules). It is the work of Valencian sculptor and composer José Antonio Orts and consists of six pieces to enjoy and interact with them.

These are contemporary works that emit sounds or lights in response to the visit of people who enter the “Parpalló Room”. The facilities have water as the axis and it is easy to surrender to the attraction they generate on large and small

Due to its characteristics, it can be considered an active exposure, and of course it will probably be the children who best 'connect' by their spontaneous and curious way of being. We have discovered by Espai Menut that Hidrofanias has been built exclusively for the museum, and collects some of the references of Valencian culture, as are the eight ditches that irrigated the orchards of the capital of Turia.

The Museum access rates are very affordable: two euros for adults, one for children under 16, and free admission for children under 7.

I already have a date to go with the children.
