We present the workshop that Together with your Doula have organized with the incomparable presence of Rosa Zaragoza. During the two days of a weekend, participants will find the pleasure of using voice and body, singing and dancing to give birth and give birth.
The course is open to all people, and especially recommended to mothers, fathers, doulas, birth preparers, preschool teachers, child massage monitors, midwives… Every time people start an activity in which the visual faculties are used , bodily, imaginative or intuitive, the right hemisphere of the brain is activated, and This brings us closer to the most instinctive or primary part of each of us. This part is the one that predominates at the time of giving birth.

Meditating, dancing, singing, giving and receiving a massage allow us to easily lose track of time and enter a state of deep relaxation and altered consciousness. A series of hormones such as endorphins that produce a state of pleasure and happiness are launched. These moments are always very beneficial, especially during pregnancy when the baby is capturing everything his mother lives.
The workshop will take place between 10 am on December 1, and 8 pm. from December 2, the appointment is at the Youth Hostel of Malaga. The price is 180 euros per person and 300 if you go as a couple (with a discount of 30 euros / participant on the initial cost). Girls, boys and babies are also welcome to the activity.
