Katie suffers cerebral palsy since she was a baby, which affects muscle coordination and has kept her in a wheelchair almost all of her short life.

The hospital center shared Katie's feat on her Twitter account. In the tweet she talks about the little girl as an inspiration and makes sure that she had always wanted to be a model, so she has fulfilled her dreams: "It has been the best day of my entire life and I have made many new friends."

He has signed with Zebedee Management and has already done photo sessions for brands such as River Island and Matalan.
