Toy breastplates for the first infant doll

More than a year ago we echoed the launch of Baby Glutton, the first lactating doll by a company from Alicante, a toy that aims only to normalize breastfeeding among children, but still has created some controversy in around him.

Now, Berjuan, the toy maker that makes it has launched a toy breast pump as a complement to the nursing doll. As in real life, the breast pump is a resource that mothers (in this case girls who play moms) can use to pump milk so that another person can give the bottle when they are not at home.

The Glutton Baby is sold with a top with two flowers that the girls put on the chest, and when the baby approaches the flowers makes a noise as if she were being breastfed. The breast pump also approaches the top and is connected by a hole to a magic bottle, of those in which the milk appears and disappears. When you press the potato the bottle is filled and ready to give it to the baby.

The concept is that girls see breastfeeding "as a totally natural act" that is what it is. If we want society to be more involved in promoting breastfeeding, I think it's a great idea to start by normalizing it among the little ones.

It is common for dolls to be sold with a bottle as a complement, so there is nothing strange in that one is sold with a breast pump, right?
