Kiddia is a portal designed to facilitate safe Internet browsing to the kids. Driven by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Business of Andalusia, it aims to motivate children under 11 years of age to use the Internet as a network to meet other children and as an interactive space where they can build fun.
They are the protagonists of games, they can participate in contests and raffles, in workshops, in blogs and forums ... Parents also find their place in Kiddia, since at the end of the day we are the ones who must ensure that the Network becomes a useful tool.
In its two months of experience, this website has already received more than 88,000 visits and has 1,600 registered minors.
Adults find information, tips and activities that will help them learn about new family technologies: content filters, a multimedia guide to ICT training and forums where they can consult experts.
In addition, an interesting section, the "Leisure Guide", awaits us to know everything that is interesting in Andalusia to enjoy with the family.
Definitely, in Kiddia the little ones will find a community in which to share and have fun safely, while parents can dive to find tips and interesting children's activities.
