Recipes for the whole family: "gourmet" macaroni with minced meat and sausage

This recipe has nothing to do with the typical cooked macaroni, with some pieces of sausage and a tetrabrik tomato that nevertheless likes the smallest of the house. The secret to get these gourmet macaroni, is to follow the steps that we indicate in the preparation to the letter and I guarantee that the result will be unforgettable. The only drawback I can think of is that from now on they will always want these macaroni and they won't want to eat the boring "ranch" macaroni made in any way.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300 g of macaroni, 50 of chorizo, 200 g of minced beef, 700 ml of homemade fried tomato sauce (1 kg of ripe tomatoes), grated Parmesan cheese.

How to make gourmet minced meat and chorizo ​​macaroni

To make the fried tomato, put 1 kg of chopped tomato in a saucepan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and fry it over low heat for 60 minutes. We test to see the point and add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar, letting it cool another ten minutes. We pass the fried tomato through a pasapuré and reserve it.

Fry the minced meat and when it changes color we add 4 or 5 tablespoons of our tomato sauce and mix well, letting it cook together for five more minutes. We try and season if necessary.

Cook the macaroni in plenty of water with a little salt and drain well. We have them in a dish suitable for the oven and add to the source other 3 tablespoons tomato sauce distributing them well with the spoon so that all the macaroni are very juicy.

We add the minced meat distributing it throughout the "macarronada" and cover with two other tablespoons of homemade fried tomato well distributed above and with abundant grated cheese. Finally we cut some slices of our favorite sausage, we split them in half and puncture them among the macaroni letting them rise above. Bake at 200º for 10 minutes and gratin 2 more minutes. Ready to enjoy.
