Mothers capture in images the beautiful friendship between their children with Down Syndrome

Childhood friendships are usually one of the most beautiful, pure and genuine we can find in life. And is that when we are children, things as ridiculous as prejudice or appearance, are not insignificant and we see beyond, to the heart. Maybe that's why we like to see a couple of children play and laugh together.

And so, there are friendships that are adorable to see, like that of Clara and Cutler, two little ones with Down Syndrome, who thanks to their mothers, have become best friends. We share your story.

Lana Beaton and Amy Sanders are two mothers living in North Dakota, United States. Their parents knew each other from a long time ago, and although they came to live on some occasions, they were never very close or great friends. Until they became mothers.

It all started when Lana, Clara's mother sent a message to Amy, Cutler's mother, after learning that his son also had the same condition as his daughter. They agreed to meet for coffee and since then their babies, who have been a few months apart, became great friends.

The connection between them was instantaneous, and over time a beautiful friendship that has made them inseparable and be happy side by side.

For both mothers, meeting and meeting has also been a great help, because not only has a close friendship arisen, but also both support each other by having someone who truly understands them And he knows what they are going through.

With the passage of time, and with the purpose of supporting other mothers with babies with Down syndrome, decided to start sharing through a Facebook page, naturally called Clara and Cutler, the images of the beautiful friendship that arose between their children.

Currently, Clara and Cutler are two years old, and continue to meet a couple of times a week to play and spend time together. Similarly, both are accompanied in their sessions of physical, occupational and language therapy.

The beautiful friendship between these two wonderful children with Down Syndrome, which began since they were months old, has helped many other mothers to feel understood and supported, and at the same time, to continue this work of inclusion for all Those children with special needs.
